A white scratch etched upon the perfect blue sky--
the result of a jet flying by--
reminds me all scars fade with time.

This blog is the result of The River of Stones challenge by Fiona Robyn to engage with the world through writing a stone every day during January 2011. A small stone is an observation or "a polished moment of proper paying attention." It might be a few words, a sentence, a haiku or tanka...the form doesn't matter. The point is that by being fully in the moment and acknowledging just one person, place, thing, or feeling, or experience each day you will have a greater appreciation for the world around you.
